Are orders placed using a Pop Up reward or Fast 45 promo code eligible for a return?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns for orders placed with Pop-Up rewards or Fast 45 shopping sprees.

If I receive Red Aspen product(s) as a gift from someone, can I return or exchange it?

When returning a gift, the original purchaser will receive a full refund. All returns must be handled by the original purchaser, and refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Thank you for your understanding!

What should I do if my order was sent to the wrong address?

Is my original shipping and handling fee refunded?

How do I return my Red Aspen business kit?

Please note that returning your business kit will indicate that you want your Brand Ambassador account to be downgraded to customer status. Please email our support team at [email protected] to begin initiating a return on your business kit.

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 8-10 business days to receive credit back on your original form of payment, after we receive your return at our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, we'll send you a refund confirmation email. Please keep in mind that your ban

Who can initiate a return and how do they go about the process?

When a return is processed, what happens to my commissions?

When a return is processed, the Brand Ambassador's commissions will be "clawed back", and PV will be deducted accordingly from your commissions check.

What do I need to know about large volume returns?

Large-volume returns will need to be reviewed by the Compliance team before they are processed. Please note that there are also policies surrounding large-volume returns that may result in the cancelation of a Brand Ambassador or customer account. To
