How do I return my Red Aspen business kit?Updated 9 months ago

Please note that returning your business kit will indicate that you want your Brand Ambassador account to be downgraded to customer status. To return your business kit, follow these steps:

1. Contact the Red Aspen Treehouse HQ by emailing [email protected]. Please provide the following- 

- The order number

- Item and quantity being returned

2. Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of your sales receipt.

3. Please write your order number on the outside of the package to be returned.

4. Ship your return along with the proof of purchase to the Red Aspen Treehouse HQ at:

5. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s). Please allow 8-10 business days to receive credit back on your original form of payment. At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
