We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the USPS tracking number. You will be sent a tracking number for every shipment. You can also check the status of your order anytime using Track my Order.

Most orders will process within 2-4 business days or less. Once your order is placed, it will take approximately 2-4 business days or less to process and pack your order. 

Standard USPS shipping can take 2-5 business days for orders within the contiguous United States. 

We process and ship packages Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm MT.

Possible delays: We make every effort to process all orders in 2 - 4 business days or less, but during busy season or sales periods, please note that processing times may be delayed.

A Brand Ambassador joins Red Aspen with the goal of building a business through selling our products and/or building a team. They are passionate about sharing their experiences with others and promoting Red Aspen through social media, events (fairs, shows, pop-ups), and word of mouth. They are eligible to earn 25-35% sales commission and receive exclusive perks such as discounts on products, early access to new releases, and the opportunity to attend virtual and in-person events.

What is a Red Aspen Brand Ambassador?

We are sad to hear that you are wanting to cancel your account. A few things to know first! Upon cancellation, your Brand Ambassador account will be made into just a customer account, so you can still shop in the future! 

Once your account has been made a customer account, your team will be rolled up to your sponsor. If you have commissions, you will still get paid out the following month accordingly. We also recommend closing any open pop-ups that you may have as we will automatically close them upon cancellation of your account.

How do I Cancel my Account?

Red Aspen orders are processed, packed and shipped out of our Meridian, Idaho warehouse on Monday - Friday (excluding major holidays). Once placed, most orders leave the warehouse within 2 - 4 business days or less. During promotions, holidays and the end of the month, shipments may be delayed as a result of higher ordering volumes.
