A Pop-up is an online shopping link that can be shared on social media with friends and family. For every sale, you'll be rewarded with free products! Reach out to your Brand Ambassador to help you set up your own Pop-up link today.

How do I create a Pop-up?

As a Red Aspen Brand Ambassador, you create the Pop Up for your Beauty Influencer. Once the Pop Up is created, share the link with your Beauty Influencer to get the party started! Watch the “How to Create a Pop Up” video above for an in-depth step-to

How does an order get placed under my Pop-up?

By ordering through the Pop Up link. Orders placed under the Pop Up link will be attributed to your Pop Up rewards total. Customers that don’t directly click on a Pop Up link can also select a Pop Up at checkout.

Can I redeem Pop-up Rewards in multiple orders?

Yes, Hosts are able to “split” their Pop Up rewards into varying denominations so that they can apply their rewards to more than one order.

Do I have to pay taxes and shipping on Pop-up Reward orders?

Tax is calculated on the cart total. Free shipping on Pop Up orders is based on your final cart total after all discounts are applied. Example: your cart subtotal is $107 and you enter a promo code for $100 in free product making your cart total $7.

Can I return a Pop-up Rewards order for a refund?

No. We are unable to offer returns on orders that are placed with Pop Up rewards.

How do I close my Pop-up and redeem Pop-up Rewards?

Only Red Aspen Brand Ambassadors are able to create a Pop Up. Brand Ambassadors and Hosts can manage their Pop Ups. Brand Ambassadors are allowed to act as the “Host” of a Pop Up. First, you must have an account in order to redeem your Pop Up rewards

Are all products available to purchase using Pop-up Rewards?

Not all products can be purchased using Pop-up Rewards. For example, products excluded from using Pop-up Rewards include bundles, sale items, and business supplies.

What happens if a Pop Up is closed and a customer clicks on the closed link?

No problem! The link will redirect to your website.

Do Pop Up Rewards expire?

Pop Up rewards will expire six months after the Pop Up has been closed. Note as of February 2024: Please note that all Pop Up rewards migrated over from the old site will expire six months after the new website launches.

What are the Pop Up Rewards Tiers

$100-$349  -  10% Pop Up Sales. $350-$499  -  12% Pop Up Sales. $500-$999  -  14% Pop Up Sales. $1000 +      -  16% Pop Up Sales.

What cannot be purchased with my Pop Up rewards?

Bundles, sale items, and business supplies (BAs Only) cannot be purchased with Pop Up Rewards.

How long can my Pop Up stay open?

Indefinitely.

I have Pop-up Rewards in excess of $5,000. Is there anything I should know about redeeming an order this large?

Yes, anyone that has over $5,000 in Pop-up Rewards should send an email to [email protected] for help in redeeming their rewards.
