Can I move an order to a Pop-Up?Updated an hour ago

We’re happy to help move any eligible orders into your Pop-up Party! Just send us the order numbers, the name of the party you'd like them moved to, and your Brand Ambassador ID #.

Please note: While we’ll do our very best to accommodate your request, there are a few stipulations that may affect whether an order can be transferred:

  1.  Brand Ambassadors are able to transfer an order into a Pop Up for 48 hours (not including weekends) after that order is placed. 

  2. Orders cannot be moved into a Pop-Up that has already been closed. 

  3. The Pop-Up must be open before an order is placed to be eligible to be moved. 

  4. An order that is already tied to a Pop-Up cannot be moved to another Pop-Up. 

  5. Our team will review the details and take care of the rest!
