Please make a note of the following information:

1. Contact Red Aspen Treehouse HQ by sending an email to [email protected] and provide the following details:

- Order number

- Item and quantity being returned

2. Returned items should be accompanied by a copy of your sales receipt.

3. It is important to write your order number on the OUTSIDE of the package being returned.

4. Ship your return along with the proof of purchase to the Red Aspen Treehouse HQ at the following address:

Meridian, ID 83642

5. Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) are received. Please allow 8-10 business days to receive credit back on your original form of payment.

6. Currently, we do not offer exchanges, however, we are happy to send out replacement items instead of issuing a refund.
