As a Brand Ambassador, can I sign up on behalf of my customer for a Loyalty Box?

No. The sign-up process includes personal details like address and payment information, so it's better for the customer to create their own log-in information. Then they can adjust order details and ship dates for their Loyalty Box as they need to.

Can my Brand Ambassador edit or cancel my Loyalty Box?

No, only customers can edit or change their orders.

I just subscribed to the Loyalty Box! When will my order ship?

Yep, you can skip a month of your Loyalty Box beauty subscription whenever you need to. Log into your account and click Manage Loyalty Box to skip a month.

Do Brand Ambassadors earn PV (Personal Volume) on Loyalty Boxes?

Definitely! Brand Ambassadors will receive PV on all Loyalty Box orders. PV is reflected in the Brand Ambassador's account once the Loyalty Box has been processed.

Can I change the day my Loyalty Box order processes?

Yes! You can change the date your Loyalty Box ships at any time.

Can I add other products to my Loyalty Box?

Yes, additional products can be added when you purchase your box for the first time. After that we allow you to add some of our top selling products to future boxes as a one time option.

I just joined Red Aspen, and I have a Loyalty Box set up with a Brand Ambassador. Will my subscription automatically transfer over to my account?

No. If you want to transfer your Loyalty Box over to your new account to earn the Personal Volume (PV), you must cancel the subscription you have with your previous Brand Ambassador and set it up under your personal account.

My credit card was declined for this month's Loyalty Box. What do I do?

Shucks! If your credit card is declined, your Loyalty Box subscription will automatically be deleted. However, don't worry! If your Loyalty Box is canceled, you can login to your account and create a new one. After creating a new Loyalty Box subscrip

Yes! We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service, so we'll notify your Brand Ambassador if your Loyalty Box subscription does not process.

When will I be billed for my Loyalty Box?

Your first subscription box will be charged when you complete the check-out process. Your next box will process 30 days later the following month. You can always check the ship date of your Loyalty Box when you log into your account and select Manage

You can cancel your Loyalty Box beauty subscription at any time by visiting Manage Loyalty Box in your Red Aspen account. And don't worry, you can re-subscribe to the Loyalty Box whenever you want.

How do I skip a month, change products, or add products to my Loyalty Box?

You can skip a month or change the Loyalty Box you subscribe to by visiting Manage Loyalty Box in your Red Aspen account. At this time, while you can add products to your very first Loyalty Box, you cannot add products to recurring subscription boxes

Can I pay for expedited shipping on the Loyalty Box?

Yes! On your first order you may opt for expedited shipping, however subsequent orders will ship regular, first class mail.

Can Loyalty Boxes be purchased in a Pop Up so hosts can get the rewards?

Yes! Boxes purchased in a Pop Up will get the rewards attributed to their pop up. Please note that only the initial order will be attributed. Subsequent Loyalty Boxes are not eligible to be added to a Pop Up.
