Waterproof Maggie doesn’t contain castor oil, but she does contain other ingredients necessary for a long-lasting, smudge-proof hold. The formula is a little bit thinner and extremely buildable, meaning you only need to apply a few extra coats for thicker, fuller-looking lashes.
