How long until my order ships?Updated 3 months ago

Red Aspen orders are processed, packed and shipped out of our Meridian, Idaho warehouse on Monday - Friday (excluding major holidays). Once placed, most orders leave the warehouse within 48 hours. During promotions, holidays, and the end of the month, shipments may be delayed as a result of higher ordering volumes. 

Economy Shipping

• Orders shipped via Economy shipping are typically processed within 48 hours.

Standard Shipping

• Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are typically processed within 48 hours, 

Priority Shipping

• All Priority orders placed by 1 PM MT will be processed and shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 1 PM MT will be shipped the following business day.
• Orders processed after 1 PM MT on Friday, or the day before a holiday, will be shipped on the following Monday or business day.

Express Shipping

• All Express orders placed by 1 PM MT will be processed and shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 1 PM MT will be shipped the following business day.
• Orders processed after 1 PM MT on Friday, or the day before a holiday, will be shipped on the following Monday or business day (holiday). 

Possible delays: 

• We make every effort to process your order within two business days, however, due to higher sales volumes during the holidays, promotions, and the end of the month, please allow for additional processing time.
