How do I apply Waterproof Pump It Up, Maggie Mascara?Updated a year ago

1. Hold the mascara wand at the base of your top lashes as close to your roots as possible. 

2. Wiggle it back and forth while making your way up towards the tips of your lashes. 

3. Repeat on the other eye until both eyes have been coated with mascara evenly. 

4. Apply additional coats of mascara if desired.

5. To remove mascara, use a makeup precleanse, oil-based makeup remover, or micellar water.
